Step 4: Our designer will make CAD drawing for you to confirm design and all materials

Step 5: Sign contract and drawing

Step 6: Make deposit before production,then we will arrange production.

Q5: Can we get sample before paying deposit?

A:Yes, you can get free sample before paying deposit, only need to pay the express cost.

Q6.What's the payment terms?

A: You can chose different kinds of payment, like T/T, Trade assurance, Credit Card, E-checking, Paypal, Western Union, MoneyGram.

Q7.What's the grantee for your products?

A: We supply 5-year warranty for  wood products and 1-year warranty for electrical appliance.

Q8.What shall we do if our goods damage during transport?

A:Each order, we buy insurance for customer. Follow our receive goods step and guidance, you can get compensation from insurance quickly.

Q9.What's your after sales policy?

A: After you filed the warranty claim, we will repair defective parts or provide you replacement.
